Julie has a passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. and discovered Pilates after a personal health situation. Pilates changed her life both physically and mentally. She wants to help others achieve their health/wellness goals. Her teaching style is positive, patient, personable and professional. When she's not teaching Pilates she enjoys spending time with her kids, going to the beach, paddle boarding, skiing and spending time outdoors
