PRIVATES

You and a Pilates-certified physical therapist or instructor will work one-on-one on a schedule that best fits your needs. You will develop a program specifically tailored to your goals.

DUETS

You and one other person (who, if not your friend initially, will soon become one) will work with a Pilates-certified physical therapist or instructor. You will work on a program tailored to both of your goals.

TRIOS

You and two other friends will work with a Pilates-certified physical therapist or instructor. You will work on a program tailored to everyone’s goals.

per session

Our equipment classes are regularly scheduled group drop-in classes. You and your classmates will work with a Pilates-certified physical therapist or instructor. You will work with a program tailored to specific class goals.
